The team is consists of 2 Project Managers, 10 co-ordinators, and 100 volunteers. We have a Brain Trust of 25 thought leaders from Scotland and partner with Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and several multi-national companies.

Asia Scotland InstituteI led on the design, development and implementation of strategic plans for ASI in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, including managing committees and staff and developing business plans in collaboration with the board for the future of the organization. In essence, the board did grant me the authority to run the organization.The Asia Scotland Institute's mission is 'to promote awareness, understanding and collaboration between Scotland and Asia to create mutually enriching economic, cultural and educational opportunities'. We do this by providing access to innovative thinking and ideas.Additionally, the Institute will educate and inform the people of Scotland about Asia as a region, extending from the Gulf in the West to Japan in the East, and foster and encourage business and cultural exchange.

The Royal Society of Edinburgh is Scotland’s National Academy of Science and Letters. It was founded in 1783 by Royal Charter for the “advancement of learning and useful knowledge”. It has 1500 Fellows whose expertise encompasses the full spectrum of sciences, medicine, engineering and technology, education, law, the arts, humanities, social sciences, business, industry, the professions and public service. This multi-disciplinary perspective makes the RSE unique amongst the UK’s learned societies.The RSE Young Academy is for outstanding young academics and professionals for membership in the age range late 20s to early 40s.

Social Investment Scotland (SIS) is the largest not for profit provider of business loans to the third sector in Scotland as well as being a social enterprise and registered charity. SIS aims to support the creation and growth of charities, community organisations and social enterprises that have the capability to make sustainable social impacts. As a board member I provide thoughtful strategic input and contribute my time and expertise pro bono to help SIS achieve its goals. My contacts across many sectors and wealth of experience allows SIS to add value to the businesses they support beyond their investment.

PSYBT was officially launched in 1989 by HRH The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay. My work is to inspire, motivate and be seen as a role model for young people to aspire to. Using my excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening. And the fact that I am articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner.

Built relations with several major developers in UAE and suppliers in Europe, Africa and Canada. I have been responsible for growing the construction company from a start-up to leading private construction company with a diverse range of assets and projects in the Mexico with a total value of c 10m GBP. Resulting in a proven track record of successful development and construction troubleshooting, value engineering and project delivery. Also, implemented a training scheme to leverage and develop an unskilled, uneducated and not in employment construction labour force and trained to date 1300 employees.
