I am an occupational therapist, specializing in disability management, accommodations, and accessibility, with experience in leading transformative change, and driving operational excellence through an intersectional lens. My years of combined OT experiences are varied and include disability management, outpatient, and in-patient rehabilitation, mental health and vocational rehabilitation. I am passionate about dismantling systemic barriers, with focus around diversity, equity and inclusion. I can communicate in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, which allows me to provide client-centered care, and support organizations on a holistic level. I am also a guest lecturer for the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
