I focused my practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bankruptcy disputes involving commercial liability, product liability and complex torts. I assisted in representing major insurance companies in complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country. I drafted answers, requests for admissions, and discovery requests. I researched and drafted memoranda on insurance coverage and bankruptcy issues, corresponded with local counsel, and assisted with discovery production.

I researched and drafted internal memoranda for commercial litigation group, completed motion for summary judgment for mass torts litigation group, and summarized FCPA cases involving nonprofits organizations. I also completed 1023-EZ forms for nonprofit organizations and corresponded with clients. Furthermore, I reviewed dockets, summarized depositions, and presented information for multidistrict litigation cases.

I conducted alumni interviews to aid in outreach efforts. I wrote alumni biographies that were published in 2020.

I researched legal issues for the business, employment, and trucking litigation groups. I drafted internal memoranda and completed a motion for summary judgment. I also shadowed attorneys in court and interacted with clients.

I researched terrorist attacks against South Asian airports and wrote a paper on this topic. I presented these findings at the Midwestern Criminal Justice Association conference. I drafted literature reviews, qualitatively coded news articles, and analyzed data.

I collected demographic, arrest, and criminal history information on 600+ individuals. I cleaned the data by arrest types for statistical analysis.
