I am reponsible for all production related activities . I have to look after all the production / OHS/ Process control activities.Following are some of my other responsibilities# Communicate to Maintenance manager regarding PM of all equipments # Part of external audit for AIB / BRC/ ISO standards etc.# Managing and improving requirements relating to Quality & Food Safety, OHS, GMP and HACCP activities.# Leading the implementation and ongoing management of a Continuous Improvement Program, LEAN and 5S.#Promoting excellent communication amongst three supervisors and across other departments i.e. warehouse / quality assurance#Ensuring the maintenance of all production records as required by section for traceability and product identification#Undertaking daily monitoring of staff levels to maintain effective production levels#Ensuring all correct operation procedures for equipment is undertaken by all staff.#Developing, training and mentor staff to exceed all KPI's.#Motivating and uniting the team to strive for excellence.

Being production supervisor i was leading a team of about 28 staff. In this role I have to get focus on production KpI’s ( performance , line efficiency, waste control). Staff training and menoring was part of this position. Product quality control and staff OHS matters are also importent requirments .

In this role I managed afternoon shift team of 25 staff. My job was to get in early and prepare raw material accordingly for my shift and communicating with day shift leading hand. My job also include to issue pallet tags for finished product in SAP. I was heping my team with there rotation plan for OHS reason. Also part of OHS team to raise any hazards in work place to my shift supervisor. I was also training other team members about packing machines (TNA / KLIKLOK ). I have learned about markem printer and lynx printers for date coding.

Started as agency causal at mixing end of production line. During this role I have learned about mixing dough, baking and frying process for corn chips and tacos. I worked with (heat & control) ovens / fryers. In this position I was assembling lines after weekend wash up as well. I also learnt about process control i.e. maintaing correct moisture and oil content for finished products. Communcating with packing end operator was key factor to avoid production downtime. During this time I got a chance to learn about packing machines ( TNA/ ICA / Kliklok) also.
