Current• Diagnosing and resolving technical fault and account inquiries which relates to a customers' service.• Responding to requests for technical and accounts assistance via phone, in person, and electronically.• Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures.• Identifying customer's needs through various techniques, product usage analysis and the application ofstandard procedures• Where a fault/inquiry is not related to a service… Show more • Diagnosing and resolving technical fault and account inquiries which relates to a customers' service.• Responding to requests for technical and accounts assistance via phone, in person, and electronically.• Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures.• Identifying customer's needs through various techniques, product usage analysis and the application ofstandard procedures• Where a fault/inquiry is not related to a service, attempting a diagnosing and/or resolving a case in linewith departmental objectives.• Where a case cannot be resolved, providing informative direction to ensure a positive outcome isachieved Researching fault/inquiry using a mixture of internal and/or external resources.• Undertaking conflict resolution• Following standard help desk and account procedures and privacy laws• Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures• Complying with health and safety, EEO, privacy principles and legislations.• Adhering to the values and mission statement Aussie Broadband.
