Responsible for Validating and working on all Utilities, Sustainability, Net Zero Project for All Global Manufacturing Units for Colgate Palmolive, Hill’s. Implementation of new technologies for the Energy saving, Reducing carbon footprint and Efficiency improvement for All Utilities. Managing the Energy Efficiency Audit for all Colgate site and implementing projects as per the outcome of the Audit. Member of the core team for Net Zero in Colgate from Engineering side.Designated SME for Utilities for the operating manufacturing plants in Colgate for all the Utilities.Evaluation and optimization of the existing operation of the operating manufacturing plants of Colgate.

Responsible for all new Project Utilities and Infrastructure in Colgate/Hill’s Global setup. Acting as an SME for the Utilities (Electrical, Compressors, Chillers, Boilers). Sustainability Projects related to Solar, and unconventional energy harness and utilization. New building design validation and installation supervision.

• Responsible for looking at the company’s present and future requirement for new products, process requirements and developing capital projects for the same to make system available for future needs of the business and the market. (Annual Capital Projects budget is around $6 Million/- per year).• Keeping in mind the Sustainability initiatives of the company, I am responsible for developing capital and Improvement projects to deal with Energy conservation and reduction.• Responsible for developing and improving the Plant Reliability Matrix for the zero or minimum interruption of the process due to breakdowns and system related issues. This means evaluating the requirement of critical spares and Preventive Maintenance activities. (Annual Maintenance & Services budget is around $700K/- per year). • Extensive work related to the Food Grade Plant installation and Sanitization cGMPs (Mechanical, Electricals and Controls).• Implementing the new technology for adopting Predictable Maintenance as an alternative to Preventive maintenance.• Adopting the tools for the Failure analysis and implementing 5S and 6 Sigma activities in the department floor.• Evaluating energy need of the Process and Utilities by conducting Energy Audits and balance checks.• Guiding and developing pipeline talent for Capital projects and Plant Maintenance.• Adopting 360 degree development for all my team for their better training needs and performance improvement.• Direct reporting to Corporate Engineering Director for Capital related budgeting and spends.• Managing environment related aspects for the plant emission and discharges and working closely with the city.

I was transferred from Indonesian Operations to put up new Plant in Alabama. Here after the project completion, I am responsible for following activities• Planning Annual Budgets, Capex, Modification Projects. • Planning, budgeting of new projects. Negotiating with the Vendors for Procurement of Spares.• Implementation of FDA regulations related to manufacturing process for the food grade plastics.• Extensive experience in Operations and Maintenance of the Utilities, Electrical for the plant. This includes Boilers, Chiller, Compressors, Pumps, Substation, Switchgears, MCCs, Motors, HVAC, Site Maintenance• Planning and Implementation of Condition Based Monitoring and Maintenance for the equipment.• Senior Reliability Manager at Alphapet for the Maintenance. This includes the RCA, Life Time expectancy study, Spares Management, Reliability Matrix for the site maintenance department. • Training of the Supervisors, Operators• Creating and Maintaining the Vendors and Presenting the Reliability matrix to the Management for the uninterrupted operation of the plant.• Being a part of the Senior Management, I am responsible for the dealings with the local Energy Company, Gas Supplier and other suppliers.• Planning for emergency preparedness for the site in case of any natural disaster (e.g. tornado, fire, etc).• North America Internal Auditor for ISO 50001. • Site Champion for LSS.• Responsible for North America auditing for Energy Usage and Energy saving initiatives and Project at different sites in USA & Mexico.• Lead for IT Infrastructure for all the North American New Acquisition and Mergers. Worked as the Core Project Team Member assigned to Plan, Initiate, and execute a $195 Million PET (Plastic Resin) project in Decatur, Alabama USA (Specially Transferred from Indonesia to be in the Core Project team). Extensive working experience to work with the Design Engineers and Technology Suppliers.

Worked as Head of Engineering in one of the State of the Art Spinning Plant in Indonesia. Responsible for Electrical, Instrumentation, Utilities and Civil department with all the HOD's reporting to me. Responsible for the Budget for OPEX and CAPEX for the Complete Maintenance Department. manpower management. Dealing with the government agencies for the regulations related to Electrical and other supplies. Project Manager for all the new constructions and Machine installation Planning at site. Keeping the reliability matrix up for uninterrupted operations. Presenting the Complete Operating and Data analysis report regarding the budget to the top management on Monthly basis. Planning for all the Preventive, Emergency and Periodic repairs in the reporting departments. Developing vendors for the most competitive pricing and availability of the spares and necessary services.

Hired as Project Engineer to set up this plant and after completion of the project, I became the Head of Electrical and Instrumentation department of the Plant. Main Job Responsibilities included the Managing the department Manpower, Maintenance Activities, Budget Planning, Training of the Manpower, Operation of the 22 KV Substation, Operation of the 2.3 MW Diesel Generator set and its maintenance. Operation and maintenance of three 18 Tons Coal Fired Boilers.
