Responsibilites : - As Problem Manager, analysis repeated problem or massive problem and create technical solution and document for fixing and prevention- As Senior Network Engineer, provide proven design for enhancement solution. - As Senior Security Network Engineer, daily operation firewall multilayer (from Edge until Server farm Layer, including branch office firewall)- Integration with multi cloud using IP sec tunnel- Implementation SDWAN branch and optimize traffic network and security- Migration obsolete firewall to NG firewall- Enhancement security hole , IPS signature, application control, policy firewall, threat management, alarm notification and reporting log- Enhancement bandwidth management by providing optimal configuration for each Tenant- Design new project as yearly KPI and support project from related division- Conduct Presentation to related user related changes configuration and conduct document risk and mitigation

· Maintain and Lead Network Operation Team by selecting, orienting and training Engineer and developing personal growth opportunities · Preparing an annual budget, man-days calculation and controlling project implementation related to internal initiative · Maintain quality service and customer service standard by analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.

Aero Systems Indonesia And Garuda Indonesia Group (PIC of All Domestic Branch Office Garuda)- Manage data and voice communication performance.- Handling 2nd & 3rd level escalation voice and data communication problems 24/7.- Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.- Understands the issues involved in administering and maintaining corporate WAN.- Provides Tier II/III support for DNS related issues- Implement Content filtering and web proxy solutions in a customer environment- Provide operational support of the content filtering and web proxy environment- Support all project related to voice & data communication.- Responsible of service voice communication for PT. Aero Systems Indonesia And Garuda Indonesia

1. Responsible in maintaining/Developing the service quality to All user2. Supervise daily operational Helpdesk to make sure the service and role working well3. Establish handover report and makesure all report receive to another shift schedule.4.Provide technical assistance and support to system users;5. Perform daily monitoring and preventive Maintenance to ensure the system performance6. Receive all complaint and problem report for the customers receives and answers, within well established guidelines, call center questions and complaints solved problems7. Proactively inform the customer about the Progress8. Records, administer and documented the Information in systematic way, in order to be able to trace, using the problem management tool9. Answer users' inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to resolve problems10. Dispatches service request on a day-to-day basis and escalate problems to 2nd level trouble shooters11. Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken.
