 Conducting Routine Test and Type Test on three phase Induction motors and Induction Generators as per IEC and IEEE standards. Load and temperature rise test are conducted by back to back method (energy saving) and mixed frequency loading method. Conducting stage by stage inspection of in process machine production. Preparation of RTC, TTC and Performance evolution certificates on tested machines. Core team member in planning of process requirement for the testing of AC induction motors. Handling of customers during inspection of finished product as per the specification. Analysis of in-process nonconformities and customer returned products.  Understanding customer requirements, Coordination with concerned departments for Sourcing, Designing, Manufacturing & Technology in the execution of Projects. Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products. Preparing QAP and getting approval from customers.
