Major Responsibilities:I have evaluated and updated software application design status and project progress, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability in coordination with management, internal teams, and development partners. Additionally, I have analyzed customer requirements, proposed technical solutions, and aligned software development with business needs. Coordinating the installation of new systems and modifications based on data analysis and customer needs has also been part of my responsibilities. Moreover, I have supported internal and external customers through remote training and support for smooth adoption of software applications. Furthermore, I have offered guidance and mentorship to less-experienced team members to encourage professional growth and knowledge sharing.
