As a Manager at a busy Mexican restaurant, I led a dynamic team of employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and achieving business targets. My role included staff training, scheduling, and fostering a collaborative environment that boosted team productivity and morale. I consistently focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.

Worked at the P.H. Diagnostics Centre as the Operations Manager to overview overall day to day activities, lead a team of over 20 people and dealing with customers on a day to day basis. My job involved to look after every activity going on at the center and at the same time encouraging my sub-ordinates and people working to be flexible, warm and customer centric.

This was my first job in Pune and I have learned about the basics of diagnostics and clinic industry and have worked hard from the post of one corporate health up coordinator to all of them. In addition to this, I was the right hand of the center manager at Express clinics and also was involved in various decision making and marketing meets and campaigns. Here we have worked with big companies like Indigo, Alfa Laval, Airtel, HDFC and so on. Worked very closely with customer query and resolution, crisis manager. I was the primary point of contact for the third party aggregators like MediBuddy, eKincare, Healthi and Connect and Heal.

Worked on end to end process management for the Hotel in Singapore. This involved dealing with customers, improving customer experience and satisfaction and overall operational management of the place.
