Supporting remote learning for a "pod" of 6 students.

Program Director of the after-school program at PS 94 serving 170 young people ages 5-10 and supervised 20 youth staff and 5 adult staff. Worked in partnership with the school's administration to ensure all youth received quality after-school program centered in Social Group Work and Social Emotional Learning. Strong emphasis on family engagement, special event coordination, and DEI workshops with staff. Successfully managed yearly budget in excess of $350,000.

Volunteered to organize the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) where over 100 families each year are connected to immigrant farmers in upstate New York for direct purchasing of fresh produce. Facilitated over $60,000 in yearly sales and payments to farmers.

Working with community based organizations around New York City and internationally, I collaborated with youth and adults to strengthen community through creative arts such as poetry and writing for theater. Along with continuous writing sessions, we organized over 50 events to showcase the work of community-based artists.

As Operations Manager and a Project Manager, I oversaw the installation of over 100,000 square feet of vegetated rooftops around New York City. Working with a great team of fellow Project Managers and Installers, we facilitated the entire process from initial sale through installation and maintenance.
