I am a versatile leader with proven success spanning many different operating environments, businesses and companies. Through demonstrated success in building and leading large global teams across a range of fintech and financial information services markets, I've gained both broad and deep expertise in technology, fixed income research, risk analytics and data, including ESG and alternatives. Unique and extensive experience, education and knowledge of accounting, finance, and technology, I am a CPA and CFA charter holder and have completed advanced degrees in Finance (MBA), Risk/Statistics (MS, Statistics), and Technology (MS, IS). I have built many businesses and products from the ground up, eventually leading a global team of over 1,000 professionals with almost $1 billion annual sales, consistent double-digit growth, and 5,000+ customers. I have built a reputation as an energetic, genuine, empathetic and inspirational leader who gets things done. As a founding executive of Moody’s Analytics (2008-2021), I was responsible for many businesses with full functional, P&L and strategy responsibilities – from start-ups and emerging businesses to the most established flagship products. Spearheaded efforts to build successful and innovative new products and services and successfully completed and integrated over a half dozen strategic acquisitions. As a member of the Executive management team at Alter Domus, my goal is to build a team and product suite around data and analytics for alternatives investments for our expanding customer base. With our partners, we will apply innovative technologies and applications to build relevant and useful new products and services to support the alternatives marketplace. Passionate about D&I, I was a Board Member for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and the Executive Sponsor of Moody’s NYC LGBTA ERG for over three years.
