Moody's Analytics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moody's Corporate (NYSE: MCO). One of the founding Executives of Moody's Analytics since its inception in 2008, reporting directly to President for 13 years. Over past four years led team of 1000+ professionals across all major functions in almost 20 offices around the world to develop new products while growing a diverse portfolio of new and established businesses. Led many new product initiatives in the broad FinTech space - Economics, Securitization, Research, Data Platforms, Data as a Service (DaaS), Quantitative Models / Data Analytics, Software Products (including Software as a Service - SaaS), ESG, and solutions around Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Delivered consistent double-digit annual growth rates over a four year period for a business approaching $1bln in sales.Effective leader with proven track record to lead teams of all sizes (from start-ups, to emerging medium size to large established flagships) to successfully create new products and services for existing and new customers. Developed high performing (and high satisfaction) teams. Directly responsible for all aspects and functions of businesses (Product, Technology, Customer Service, Data Scientists, Data Analytics, Research, etc...) with team sizes approaching 1000 and dispersed internationally and globally (large presence in EMEA, APAC, North America, Australia). Effectively acted as CEO, COO, CFO (and in some cases - CPO) for many businesses.Helped launch businesses around regulation and financial reporting - namely, regulatory stress testing, IFRS9 and CECL. Late 2000s, led an acquisition to build a securitization platform. Responsible for all aspects of the business and all key functions. Grew business by almost 10 fold by 2020. There were several bolt-on acquisitions, but the majority of the growth was organic. Grew team from about 40 to over 300 professionals, including outsourcing relationships.

Moody's Investors Service is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO). I was directly responsible for a portfolio of securitization and managed funds products. Grew ratings franchise almost three fold (to well over $100mln) within a six year period. Directly responsible for all aspects of the business ultimately reporting to the President of the company. As part of that initiative, developed our first research, software and data analytics service from $0 to over $10mm within five years. Analyzed mutual funds, CLOs, market value CDOs, other types of structured vehicles and helped build a CDO research, data and analytics service. Reviewed compliance with investment policies and restrictions imposed by binding documents.Promoted from Vice President to Senior Credit Officer (1997) to Senior Vice President (1999) to Managing Director (2000) to Group Managing Director (2005) to Senior Managing Director (2007).
