Used Machine Learning techniques to develop the pipeline for document image enhancement. ● Implemented a new pipeline using Docker to manage the dev and production environments. ● Created and deployed computer vision models to detect objects using autonomous drones with over 80% accuracy using only synthetic data. ● Submitted an article to the top international journal Robotics and Automation Letters. ● Introduced best practices of the Scrum framework by acting as the product owner, which led the team to increase the delivery rate by 150%. ● Conducted technical interviews for machine learning and software development disciplines, hiring 3 senior developers and 2 mid. ● Structured and created the product roadmap that drove the team's user stories and product goals definitions. Fellowship of the Game is the game development extension group of the University of São Paulo, focused on exploring new technologies for game use. ● Idealized the podcast "Por Trás dos Controles" (Behind the Controllers), a podcast about the game world and research, making scientific divulgation, expanding the group's communication and scientific propagation to the community. ● Directed 4 seasons, over 60 episodes, with more than 30 guests. ● Produced and scripted 40 episodes from scratch.

Project leader of FoG's first virtual reality game. It was named Von Rage, an escape room game set in an abandoned amusement park. While guiding the dev team toward a common goal, I had the opportunity to create a voice acting for the characters in the game. I established a partnership with the radio studio of another university, the UFSCar Radio, where I organized and managed the recording process of voice dubbing. I also invited the USP's choral group to interpret and record a custom version of Dies Irae by Verdi, bringing the game to a perfect end. I had the opportunity of applying many soft skills related to talking to multiple people and groups, organization, public relations, and game design. I learned a lot about how to (and how not to) lead a team of developers. This was a rich experience for me.
