I lead and supervise a team of Recruiters responsible for organizational hiring. Duties include candidate pre-screening, interviewing, assessment testing, reference checking, providing referrals to hiring managers, hiring and onboarding. Through strategic planning, I developed, implemented and currently oversee multi-location, weekly hiring events. I represent the organization as liaison within the community and frequently participate in employer panels/roundtables. I serve as member of University of San Diego Employer Advisory Board and lead administrator for ATS System, iCIMS.

I delivered all facets of recruitment throughout the organization including the development/execution of recruiting plans, thereby ensuring the hiring of the best possible talent. I maintained daily interaction with department hiring managers to discuss, advise and review hiring trends, open requisitions, and job descriptions’ creation/revision.

I was tasked with sales lead generation, inventory control, order-filling, and display creation for a small, local greeting card business.

I filled temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions with a 91% fill ratio of all assignments. I developed, implemented and managed a creative, full-cycle recruiting strategy for the branch to bring in applicants. I maintained an effective pool of field employees, while addressing various customers’ open positions through the utilization of current recruiting best practices, methods and processes to proactively recommend process changes (e.g., EEOC, employment law). I screened resumes and identified potential field employees, scheduling face-to-face, phone and Skype interviews, while building an active base of qualified candidates. Responsible for the processing of background and drug screens. I administered reference checks, I-9 verifications and new hire orientations, which included providing open enrollment information for insurance and benefit sign-ups.

I held two roles within the Company. As an Onsite Manager, I supervised over 300 temporary employees at Adecco’s largest client. Managed payroll, created daily work schedules, maintained required levels of labor workers and handled all employee relations. Coordinated positions nationwide utilizing Adecco branches throughout North America, and hired/trained on-site support staff to assist in daily duties. As a Staffing Consultant, I staffed/recruited all levels of diverse Technical, Healthcare, Administrative and Light Industrial positions. I developed strong business relationships with local companies and successfully skill-marketed candidates for placement, and I managed the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components of the hiring process.
