Software solutions for billing and CRM areas;* Requirement and changing impact analysis of the telecom client projects, scheduling, analyzing and documenting the effort to accomplish client’s needs;* System’s stakeholder (planning, assigning tasks, scheduling ) as well as team LEADER in software development activities. Defect backlog reduction, helping to increase the client trustiness and increasing system's reliability ;* Development of new backend for cable TV client. New backend envisioned a faster sales system, which was accomplished by refactoring their software to adopt the SOA (service-oriented architecture) solution, using C#, ASP.NET.
