As a Data Engineer Lead at Nestlé, I'm responsible for one of the data engineering teams, providing technical support to the team and assisting in product development.In my role as the technical lead of the Data Engineer team, I'm involved in the entire product development lifecycle: technical refinement, prioritization, planning, development, approval of developed code, deployment, and transition to the support team.As the technical leader of the team, in addition to my involvement in projects, I have the opportunity to contribute to the team responsible for data architecture and governance. A significant contribution to this team has been the development of a new Data Quality solution. This solution is accountable for processing and validating all data ingestions, ensuring greater agility, reliability, and data quality.

As a Data Engineer at Nestlé, I was involved in the development of data processing and analysis solutions, contributing to accurate and strategic decision-making.I worked on the development of data ingestion pipelines from various sources using Data Factory and Databricks (API, SQL Server, MongoDB, SFTP, among others).I had the opportunity to participate in several projects, but the greatest highlight during this period was my involvement in the project that deals with consumer data and online purchases (e-commerce). The biggest challenge in this project was the construction and maintenance of a secure environment for storing sensitive consumer data.

Through my role as co-founder and owner of Mango Tree, I had the privilege of creating an innovative coworking space that caters to diverse professionals in search of a creative, modern, and collaborative work environment.

Based on my extensive experience in software development, product creation, and business management knowledge, I was invited to develop the company's management system. The developed system cover key features such as: employee management, project management, timesheet tracking, financial control, and management reporting.

My mission as Technology Director was to create, develop and maintain the products and services offered by the company, as well as to train and manage the development and specialized support team. During my last two years in the company, we implemented the agile methodology (Scrum) and this change brought excellent results for the team and the organization. After the implementation of this methodology, we were able to guarantee software deliveries more frequently, with higher quality and assertiveness. I actively participated in the development team, providing technical support, collaborating in Scrum ceremonies, and helping the team in whatever was necessary.I was responsible for the business IT infrastructure and the infrastructure team. The last challenge in this area was to migrate the datacenter structure (Equinix) to the cloud (Google Cloud Platform). The migration involved: network services (Links/DNS); security (firewall); management and monitoring; internal services (CRM/ERP); products (SaaS); voice platform (Voip); and database (PostgreSQL).Another mission of this position was to manage the Product Support team (Level 2) that had the objective of attending the Customer Support (Level 1) and demand maintenance and new deployments for the development team.In addition, innovation was one of my purposes in the company, constantly seeking new technologies and tools that could add to the business, the team and the products, with the objective of assisting the customer with excellence.

My mission as a System Developer was to create and develop the company's internal management system (CRM/ERP). The great experience I gained was to create a complete system on my own. I was the only developer in the company. I obtained great experience in PHP language and PostgreSQL database.

As a Web Developer, I participated in the creation of new projects as well as the maintenance of existing projects.I gained experience in development using Asp and PHP with SQL Server database.
