My responsibilities included coordinating all the software team, helping from the design to the infrastructure choices and the project organization. The software side was composed of the mobile app, the admin panel, website, backend, and third parties. The product was in-house developed hardware that provided data to be consumed by the other software.

The deadlines were tight because the company do a lot of work to fairs and events, and we are always able to be met. The company was organised in agile teams with the principles based on the scrum, all projects with continuous integration and unit test.
