Current- Project/Program Management industrial for the production of automobiles such as Jeep Grand Wagoneer (in Detroit Plant, USA) and RAM Trucks (Heavy Duty/Chassis Cab and Medium Duty) Models (in Saltillo Plant Mexico), highlighted by the performance of multidisciplinary teams.- Applications of Six Sigma methodologies DMAIC, G8D and 5-Why.- Leadership of the Problem-Solving Management System and information quality (such as Root Cause, Interim Containment Action, Permanent Containment Action and Preventive Actions).- Management of projects/programs on product development and launch disciplines for Propulsion Systems.- Coordination of change controls with analysis of products, parts, costs, parts availability plan and PPAP details (APQP and risk assessments).- Driving problem solving with cross-functional teams.- Control of files, information and technical documentation (Compliance reports, Certification/Homologation and Emissions Flags Requirements, Value Optimization Technical Cost Reduction, Part development plan with Prototype, DV/PV testing details and others) related to Propulsion Systems (Transmission, Diesel/Big Gas Engines, Driveline/Axle).- Reviews of scorecards and templates in order to support of the Directors Meetings.- Preparation of spreadsheets to control information.- Preparation of management reports
