I've worked as project coordinator at EISE (School for Service Innovation current HiveLab) for a project called USE Index.It was a research focused on comparing brands and services, from 10 sectors of the economy in 6 countries: Brazil, United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, German and Japan.The research had two main approaches: - Quantitative - based on a form where people from these 6 countries selected the brands they got in touch in the last 12 months and evaluated the services from 5 perspectives: Learn, Use, Remember, Human Connection and Innovation.- Qualitative - workshops with millennials to build a perspective of their perceptions on the future of the 10 sectors of the research.All the data and the information was organized on a free report.

As a freelancer, I had the opportunity to work on some projects for small companies and start-ups, helping them to find their value as service providers by understanding their goals, objectives and, the most important, their users.Besides the projects, I created, organized and moderated some workshops.At this moment, Livework, the company I'm actually working on, called me to work on a Social Innovation project for Fundação Telefônica.

I've worked as Marketing Analyst for ANACAPRI, a brand from AREZZO&CO.By the time I was working there, the brand was starting its expansion plan for a franchise model and the team was pretty small. In this experience, I was able to practice many marketing principals and to help to structure the business model to go to market as a Franchisor Brand.Besides that, my activities were:- Structure and formalization of the steps and demands for franchising implementation;- Program and structure campaigns for the new collections and seasons;- Endomarketing campaigns to improve sales and conversion;- Planning and executing events and marketing actions on the stores;- Client attendance by e-mail;- Monitoring stores contracts with the legal department.
