Additionally, I take pride in establishing and heading the HSE LearningCenter, dedicated to promoting HSE excellence and empowering individuals andorganizations with effective safety practices.

Project : Pertamina Hulu Rokan Project (Oil & Gas)As part of the transition team facilitating the extensive shift of Block Rokan from Chevronto Pertamina, I served as a project coordinator, focusing on vital HSE readiness programs.Collaborating with ERM, I led the development of HSE IT Tools such as CHESM, IMS, MSW,MOC, and PHA to bolster and elevate HSE performances throughout the transitionproject.

Project : Berau Coal Project (Coal Mining)In my role as a coordinator, my primary objective is to guarantee that all employees arewell-informed and skilled in the health and safety system, standards, and procedures ofthe company. This ensures their ability to execute their work at the job site safely andconfidently.

Project : Chevron Project at Sumatera Operation (Oil & Gas)In this current employment, my responsibilities align with my previous role, but withadditional duties as a Process Advisor and Project Leader for Repetitive Stress InjuryPrevention (RSIP), Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), and Occupational Hygiene (OH) OEprocesses within various areas of Chevron Projects.

As a proactive leader, I implement the "Managing Safe Work" program and serve as anRCA Facilitator for IIR - Investigation & Reporting. I also oversee Contractor HSEManagement, conduct functional reviews for MOC, occupational hygiene, and othersafety initiatives. Additionally, I effectively manage numerous contractor companies,ensuring robust HSE performances with a focus on safe work practices.

I worked as a trainee for 3 months in the oil and gas company with my focus Projects: Job Hazard Analysis – Review and Update, Heat Stress Mapping Project, MSDS, and other HSE activities both onshore and offshore.
