Contracting to Ciena as the Principle Network Engineer for the Verizon Wireless account responsible for all network designs and 5G transformations of all the VZW regional networks in the US.

Provide design level product support for Ciena network design products and OAM products. Test new product software releases and document new features for the sales and marketing teams. Consult to systems and sales engineers for network designs with all Ciena product solutions.

Provide consulting and product support to customers, sales teams, and account managers for Ciena products and network design. Advise customers on network operations and perform technical case management for major accounts. Design and implement carrier optical networks, and provide advanced network engineering services. Create detailed design documentation for all network equipment, and develop maintenance procedures for integration and reconfiguration projects. Provide technical support and consulting to the sales team, account management, and the customers.
