1) INFRA PARTNERS (When I started in the company it was a partnership with ILOS, but after a while Infra Partners became a independent company)* Itaipú Binacional: Pre-feasibility Analysis of the Transposition and Intermodal Connection between Tietê-Paraná and Parana-Prata Waterways: Itaipu Binacional, Brazilian Transportation Ministry, the government of Argentina and Paraguay and the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) were the related parts of the project.* EVTEA – Port Terminal PAUL GUSA: Structuring the partnership with a local partner (3PL) and Infra Partners and submission of the EVTEA (technical, financial and environmental feasibility study) to CODESA.* NewCo: definition of the business strategic foundations, economical analysis and mapping of potential partners. The infrastructures included in the business were: Grain storages, Railroads, transhipment terminals, waterway ports.2) ILOSBusiness consultancy for logistics infrastructure investments:* ETH/Odebrecht: Logistics Director Plan and identification of investment opportunities. Main opportunities evaluated: railways, pipelines, terminals and ports.* PMCC: Economic analysis of a alcool pipeline for Petrobras and partners.* Petrobras Pré-sal: Logistica Director Plan with the southeast coast mapping to identify and dimension the best alternative for offshore support port to the pre-sal basin.* Multiterminais/Petrobras: logistical and economic evaluation for terminal port in Itaguai: related parts: Multiterminais (Potential 3PL), Petrobras (landowner) and Planave (Engineering).
