Working with the Power Electronics research team in the School of Engineering with a focus on gate oxide reliability and MOSFET design optimisation.

The Centre aims to be the UK’s internationally recognised provider of world-leading, power electronics research, combining the UK’s best academic talent.

• Streamlined member services and staff and digitised money collection resulting in the club’s account returning to balance within 6 months, whilst improving member satisfaction.• Created financial reports and sponsorship pack to submit to Warwick Sport and external companies for the following academic year, obtaining an opportunity grant of £2000.• Increased active membership by 300%.

• Generated and performed complex modelling to gather numerical data for analysis, within the clean room.• Analysis provided the team with niche pioneering power electronics data published at the ECSCRM (European Conference of Silicon Carbide and Related Materials), of which I am an author.• Nominated to present results and findings at ECSCRM 2016, held in Greece.

• Worked within the Process Development Cell of Machine Tool Products Division building upon knowledge and relations developed within my first year at the company. o Led team to design and test a robotic tool setter (ARMs) test-box to increase performance and efficiency for goods-in and customer returns; resulting in an increased inspection time, at higher quality, saving both time and money.• Awarded level 1 and 2 bursary along with an industrial placement.

• Worked within the Current Products Division performing analysis on customer returns.o Led team to perform investigation on customer returns, recommending a redesign of the gearbox. This was implemented and led to successful relaunch of the product increasing customer satisfaction and sales.
