The company grew at an alarming pace, 9 locations in CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, VT. Responsible to take many mis-matched systems, different cultures and dissimilar processes and bring them to a standard of excellence and uniformity. With all key players having access to the project plan (186 pages) online, including 114 employees and 28 vendors, he changed the entire infrastructure, reviewing all internal processes to meet the company’s vision – the project was delivered on time and under budget, while continuing to oversee and support all IT functions of the company.
