Partnering with Senior Directors I managed a programme of work to adjust business models and processes to ensure 500 London stores matched the requirements of local demographics. Key accountabilities:- Developing the first cross format strategy.- Influencing key stake holders to adjust business models for London stores- Delivering the change programme- Improving customer and financial metrics
