Following two years of working as a receptionist I was chosen to become the youngest Duty Manager of the club in 2019. Whilst on duty I was responsible for all staff, members and club operations. I worked with other members of staff to operate the club smoothly and maintain high standards of customer service.

In 2020 I was elected as Kit and Welfare Secretary of my University's rowing club. I worked with suppliers to design and order kit items in a timely manner that met the clubs needs. I was also the first welfare secretary where I was a first point of contact for any issues members may have had and worked in setting up an infrastructure to support future members.

During my 2nd year at college I was a student ambassador for the college taking part in open days and open evenings. This involved meeting and greeting potential students and parents, talking about my experiences and speaking in front of large crowds.
