Summer placement student working with both the development and asset surveying departments within Devon Cornwall Housing (Now commonly known as Live West). I spent 5 weeks shadowing the development department assisting in site inspections, pre start and progress meetings, planning applications and master planning of sites. I was involved in assisting with identifying latent defects and working towards rectification of defects. I spent 5 weeks working with the asset surveying department assisting in undertaking stock condition surveys, planned and responsive maintenance programs and undertaking inspections to monitor works progress.

Summer intern working within the sales department of the Stags Honiton Office. I assisted in undertaking valuations of properties, showing prospective clients properties and dealing within enquires from clients, via email, telephone and in person.
