As the Planning lead for the Cheshire and North Wales offices at C+A, I pride myself in being able to provide the client with clear practical advice, at a time when the Planning process is becoming ever more complex and not something to be entered into lightly.Working on projects of varying scale and complexity, covering all market sectors and for both private and public clients, my role as Lead Planner sees me prepare all necessary supporting planning documentation, inclusive of Environmental Statements, coordination of an extensive range of sub-consultants and ultimately the submission of applications.Having been Chartered for over 20-years, my solid understanding of urban design and experience in masterplanning puts me in good stead for the strategic promotion of land through the Development Plan process. This work includes sustainability analysis, written representations and appearance at Examination.Key tasks include business development and client liaison.
