I am passionate about the evolution and well-being of the Lake Chelan Valley. As a fifth-generation native to Chelan, my roots run deep and my aspirations are linked to creating opportunities for my children's generation and beyond. My core strength is telling the story and vision of a people and a place. As a real estate broker, I leverage my entire skill set including marketing, video production, photography, construction, negotiation, and project management. I began my real estate career by representing the Lookout at Lake Chelan. During the first three years of the Lookout's existence, I led a team that sold over $33 million in real estate and constructed over forty-five homes on the north shore of Lake Chelan. This success was based upon the practical skills I acquired in working on our family's farm as well as the experiences gathered in my first career in documentary film production. In 2016, I transitioned to general real estate with Coldwell Banker in Lake Chelan. In 2018, I brokered a $3M deal to bring Weidner Apartment Homes to the Lake Chelan Valley. In 2019, I launched my own agency and presently operate as Broker-Owner of Guy Evans Lake Chelan Real Estate.My friends and I talk about Lake Chelan "2.0" - that is the next generation of life here in the valley. This 2.0 experience is fueled by the wine industry, skillfully articulated neighborhoods such as the Lookout, and a new cast of leaders working to elevate our hospitality and tourism industries to the next level of excellence.
