Civil engineering Graduated and long experience in Sales & Management.In my 6 years of being in the telecommunication industry, I have learned, experienced and mastered the Sales department in Retail ( and various offsite events planned ). Winning alot of sales Incentives by Contact Management and finding creative ways to achieve sales such as calling list of recent clients who bought, knowing the competition Pros & Cons, developping a big network, being Pro-Active in the business, weekly book club for self education, preparing sales meetings, practicing role play with the team.The last 3 years helped me develop my management skills, as leading and training numerous locations, Payrolls, inventory counts, schedualing, filling in reports weekly, auditing, recruiting, marketing, shipping and receiving, assissting to meetings and conference calls on a weekly bases, developping the culture adopted by the DNA of our team, managing sales and filling in Targets, dividing targets reasonnably with the team, teamwork divisions, as well as many more.
