I have recently completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree at Melbourne University (formerly Victorian College of the Arts). I am a practicing visual artist working mainly in analog photography. My work has been shown at numerous galleries, including Centre for Contemporary Photography, Monash Gallery of Art, and Lon Gallery, and I have received various prizes and awards, which are listed in my attached CV. My next upcoming shows, in 2020, are at C3 Gallery and Sutton Project Space. Having just returned from a study trip to Europe and the US, I am seeking something that I can commit to. The world of independent galleries and artist-run spaces is my natural habitat, and I am excited by the prospect of working in an environment that I believe in, and where I feel strongly that I can contribute with passion and commitment. I possess excellent communication skills, and have largely been responsible for marketing and communications around many of the selected exhibitions I have participated. I have an effective understanding of the various networks relevant to the world of contemporary visual arts, and am self-motivated, both as an artist and as a promoter and documenter of the art scene I inhabit.
