I am in charge of ensuring that the customer sales order demand is met by level loading the production schedule via ERP software, setting safety stocks using Demand Segmentation and placing purchase orders to cover all requirements needed to support production. I also maintain a rolling 18 month forecast to give our plant managers and suppliers visibility to upcoming demand.

I used Oracle software to manage the daily material requirements planning aspects of a Medical Device Manufacturer. I tracked important company KPI to ensure adherence to revenue and inventory goals. I used MTS, MTO, Kanban demand requirements to manage Raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherences to inventory goals

My job included operated CNC machines and using a variety of inspection equipment to produce devices for the medical industry. The product I manufactured included trial implants, implants and instruments for use during orthopedic surgeries.
