The health and safety of my 13 technicians is my priority, our team is working in hazardous locations (numerous risks related to road accidents, electrical energy, mechanical energy, biological and chemical agents). I am proud to say that since my debut, the level of incidents has dropped, which has given us the "Team Safety Award" for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years. I was appointment as the Health and Safety Officer for Canadian Service Employees. As the Safety Officer, I need to inform and help our team to comply with the different standards that we face today. We must conform to certain obligations such as; CSA standards, building management and protocols, TSSO, SIMDUT. I am also active on the improvement of certain safety procedures within our company and active to help make our equipment meet the safety standards we demand today.
