After a successful spell as Senior Store Manager in Wales largest Pets at Home where we consistently topped company league tables, I pivoted into a retail field role and then again into a Area Manager position.I have experience running large diverse teams, turning stores from under performers to high flyers, coaching, coordinating multi site projects, designing and running training programs, auditing, creating and delivering regular innovative communication to all levels of the business.
