Dovetailing with my handing on the Google projects (see below) my focus is now on opening up new commercial streams with our current hyperscale customers (ie. GGL, Meta, MS, AWS) and help new Hyperscale and Cloud customers benefit from our Professional Services team's expertise. Data Center scale focusing on Network Infrastructure, Installation & Decommissioning, Global Vendor Management, Fiber Networks (incl splicing, characterization, remediation), Edge Compute, Network Audit/Test, Optimization via AI/AR for Smart Cities, Supply Chain Automation, Forward/Reverse Logistics, and ITAD Sustainability (joining up the conversations and actions towards full green taxonomy).

CommScope merged with Arris. I remained assigned to Google and leading my team, which was now 54 people. As promised to myself, on the 10th anniversary I handed on the reins of this global project which had started from a small desk in their 123 Buckingham Pal Rd office in 2011. A truly amazing team of great thinkers came together to build a 'machine' that has saved this hyperscaler over $1Billion, and built to last it will continue to save every year going forward. What an experience, and one that will be difficult to match. Huge thanks and respect to the '00s of people who helped along the way.
