Board level non-executive leadership in area based urban and rural regeneration plan making and place making delivery, in the visual and performing arts sectors and political, constitutional & public policy making and implementation. Over twenty years non-exec experience with start-up, scale-up, team building, succession planning, corporate re brand, business planning, change and risk management, continuity planning and exit strategy planning and delivery. Prior to this over fifteen years experience in Design, Production and Technical management in the international Theatre industry.Ensuring that sound organisational governance, compliance and reporting is applied that supports not overwhelms, corporate resources and an executive team whilst remaining sensitive to the compliance and reporting demands placed on organisations by regulators, public authorities, Government and communities. Promoting governance, compliance and reporting as a forward looking asset not as a retrospective set of functions that distract from delivery activities.
