Guy Pearson (BA, MSc, C. Psychol., C. Scientist, MAPM)Guy Pearson is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and Chartered Scientist. He has a Joint Honours Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Philosophy (University of Sheffield) and a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence (University of Warwick). He is qualified to levels A and B in the use of Psychometric Tests. He has worked in the field of Organisational Psychology for over 25 years, delivering Training, Assessment and Consultancy in a range of industries and at a variety of levels. His areas of specialism include Leadership and Management Skills, Teambuilding and Teamworking, Critical Thinking and Influencing Skills, and Change Management.Guy has been involved in the design and delivery of Assessment and DevelopmentCentres for a number of international clients, and is on the panel of external assessors working with the UK Cabinet Office to select Fast Stream Civil Servants. In his role as an associate Module Tutor for the Warwick Manufacturing Group (University of Warwick), Guy conducts many Post-graduate and Post-experience programmes, domestically and internationally, working with both the HR and Project Management delivery teams. Over recent years he has become increasingly involved in applying psychological and HR solutions in the Project Management context. Other clients include BAe Systems, Network Rail, Jaguar Landrover, Singapore Telecom, Scicom Malaysia, BT Business Connections, WH Smiths, Rugby Cement, Barclays Bank and Petronas Malaysia. Guy’s assignments around the world - in India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and elsewhere - have enabled him to develop a broad understanding of foreign organisations and cultures.
