I am part of the new in-house Director and Senior Manager (DSM) Resourcing function across the UK. Our team are part of a broader Resourcing Transformation programme designed to build and develop a more proactive, simplified and tailored approach to senior level hiring, to help Deloitte attract and retain more diverse talent as the leading professional services firm in the market. Within the DSM team I am responsible for leading the recruitment of Senior Managers and Directors into Deloitte within our Tax & Legal service line. I have a particular focus in Financial Investors which includes our M&A, Real Estate and PMF teams.
