I worked on night shift, boning out Lamb and Bobby calves, also did training and assessing of new boners on night shift.Moved on to a day shift role working in the freezers in a relief gang Worked on the beef chain as a trimmer

On the job side i learnt how to work with external and internal customers working in dispatch making up orders, for external customers buying product at the wholesale department and for our internal customer making up orders and loading the delivery trucks. I was involved in and took the lead in (after a period of training) doing weekly and monthly stock.
