As head of these subjects I have been on CPD relating training and delivered my own training to staff at the school and to groups of trainee teachers who are apart of our schools direct programme.Mentoring trainee teachers working with Cumbria and Edgehill University to ensure trainee teachers develop and realise their potential. Offering support and professional conversations.NMQML - Leading teacher development - This is on-going training for middle leadership, I am responsible for mentoring trainee teachers and working with early career teachers at our school. I am responsible for supporting staff who are looking to be full-time teachers.Quality assuring our school curriculum working with other schools as part of the 'Challenge Partners' team.Working with classes from Reception to Year 6.Creative Teacher Programme - Providing pupils with their best possible learning experience and improving standards in the classroom and school.Leading staff meetings related to Geography and History.Ensuring the curriculum is adapted to meet all SEND needs and needs of EAL and INA pupils.Working closely with parents and carers, providing consuructive feedback and discussin their child's needs to incorporate into a classroom environment.
