• Manage the design and implementation of the global unified communications solution for Asia Pacific. • Managing the design and construction of new NOC and training premises, move of 600 staff and make good and return of existing premises to landlords, saving $1M per year and improving staff facilities.• Identifying and removing $7M per year of IT expenditure on hardware lease, software maintenance and telecommunication costs.• Managing contracts successfully to deliver the varying requirements of multiple customers to time, cost and quality whilst ensuring adherence to corporate governance and policy standards.• Identify, gain acceptance of and implement innovative solutions to reduce the cost of Facilities and IT services to Ericsson without sacrificing service quality. Resulting in circa 10% year on year budget reductions. Solutions included changing technology, ways of working and user training. • Communicating effectively at all levels both within the company and with external suppliers.
