Stronghold Ltd Safety Manager
CurrentMy responsibilities are to assure compliance with local, state, federal and client safety and health regulations in all areas and keep current on all applicable OSHA and state safety and health standards and regulations. Oversee personnel training; site safety orientation, required OSHA, Stronghold LTD. and Client training courses. Write occupational safety programs as required by the standards. Prepare and submit reports as required. Coordinate application and administration of safety requirements at project sites. Communicate review and notify management and personnel on Occupational safety and health issues, topics or changes on and off the job. I also respond, assist and advisor in emergency situations when called upon, provide emergency medical treatment for worker and transport as necessary.Supervise and address Industrial Hygiene compliance standards and concerns. I am called upon to serve as a resource to select and purchase personal protective equipment. I coordinate and provide safety incentive recognition programs, give safety evaluations for workers and projects.I work with company Clients and maintain working relations with client regulations, requirements and local medical services available to our workers when work at each client facilities.In all my position as Stronghold LTD Safety Manager, I must utilize my best communication skills knowledge, all around computer skills, Physical abilities and demands, maintain my own annual training and leadership abilities to professional represent The Stronghold LTD Company.
