VINCI PLC Group Responsibilities:- Main group quality management representative- Management of external relationships with 3rd party assessors and memberships including BSI, Achilles and BQF- Manage and implement the external audit programme for VCUK certification to ISO9001 and Achilles UVDBFacilities Division responsibilities:Key activities include:- Maintaining and improving the quality management systems- Work with senior management teams to develop strategies for quality management- Managing the audit programme and carrying out internal and subcontractor audits- Reviewing contract quality plans- Providing quality related advice to all levels of the business - Reviewing and accepting inspection and test plans - Assisting site management to achieve defect free project handover- Providing written responses to pre-qualification questionnaires and bid submissions- Support mobilisation teams to define and record contract specific bespoke processes and documentation- Provision of training on internal auditing, quality management systems, process mapping- Research quality best practice, innovations and general quality topics and communicate the impact and opportunities to the business- Identify, communicate and mitigate risks associated with the QMS
