By way of example we have in the past been engaged by specialist lead counsel to provide trade specific statements or information in support of successful applications.The same principles apply to our relationships regarding accountancy matters, solvency/insolvency advisers, public relations, banking, emergency funding, asset protection and restructuring and professional investment business counterparts. In more specialist cases this extends further to insurance specialists, geologists, agronomists, financial engineers, highest grade linguists and translators.Our senior specialists individually have a minimum industry experience of 20 - 30 years each in hands on management from bespoke operations to global multi-corporate businesses within the financial and investor funded project management sector having covered all of the following areas: All types of investment from regulated mutual funds, unit trusts, private placements, IPO’s, bonds, simple loans and debt obligations, complex secured investment based loans, unregulated investments in many forms and across a multitude of jurisdictions.
