I started working in the hospitality/travel/resort industry over 20 years ago with Marriott. The last 4 years as a Tour Director and for Destination Management Companies- Conventions/Meetings/Incentives. I have worked programs from less than 100 people to programs over 7,200 guests. Clients include top fortune 500 companies on incentive trips to meetings/conventions for corporations from all industries including: financial, medical, cyber security, software engineering, healthcare. I have had the privilege of working with some of the industry's best planners, operations managers and senior travel directors. My strengths are activities (boats especially), transportation (air, motor coaches, ferries), arrivals, departures, dine arounds, evening events, set up/strike, VIPs and 5 star service.I like to be challenged and have new and different problems to solve. I am happiest when on the move and have a true passion for traveling. Recent travels include: Costa Rica, Iceland, Sweden, Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
