Currently, I am a Senior Consultant with Clinovations, a leading healthcare consulting firm; Currently Consulting as a Physician Personalization Liaison and Informaticist at Tri-Health Hospital systems Cincinnati, OH and INOVA Health Systems Northern Virginia.Previously, I was the Optime Principle Trainer at University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore. Where I managed the training implementation for the surgical services departments. Also, I was responsible for the development of the Anesthesia training curricula. While there, I helped supervise the Physician Personalization labs for all specialties including the Anesthesia departments. 

Also, I worked as a Physician Support and Optimization Analyst at Bon Secours Health System working with Providers, Analysts, Physician Leadership, and various Support Teams to ensure that the overall Epic implementation met the needs of Physicians across all specialties.

I have provided classroom training for up to 45 end users at major hospital systems across the country including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Beverly Hills, California; Community Healthcare Systems, NW Indiana; University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, MD; and Bon Secours Hospitals, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Beverly Hills.

I hold a firm understanding of the EPIC application having trained and supported, OpTime, Anesthesia, Ambulatory, ASAP, ClinDoc, CPOE and STORKMy expertise is in training, curriculum development, relating to clients, specifically physicians and leadership communicating their needs to training, and managing resources and the overall scope of a training implementation.
