I design, develop, and maintain web applications with my primary responsibility being over our client facing API. I regularly work face to face with our sales force, operations group, outside contractors, and our clients as the primary face of our development team to promote, build out, maintain, and integrate with our APIs. Additionally I do more standard engineering as part of our web developer team designing, developing, and maintaining front-end, back-end, and database applications. On a day to day basis I use web technologies including ReactJS/HTML/CSS (front-end), ExpressJS (back-end), and microsoft SQL Server (database); but I've also had the opportunity to use other frameworks such as AngularJS and MongoDB in a more limited capacity.

I worked as a member of a small development team developing a web dashboard for their CRM software. My responsibilities included implementation of screen designs using ReactJS/Redux for the front-end and NodeJS for the back-end programming using an existing AuroraDB(MySQL) database hosted on AWS. The database ORM was done using Bookshelf.js.

I worked with water utility customers in CO, CA, NM, OK, UT, OR, and WA to implement new meter-reading software and equipment, and train their staff. As part of that role, I was responsible for managing the overall project timelines and coordinating tasks between our in-house programmers, utility IT staff, and 3rd party billing software programmers. Post implementation, I provided on-site and remote technical support and additional training as needed. I was largely self-directed, managing my own schedule/travel and determining priorities based on customer needs and account manager feedback.

Ogden, Ut

As a Computer Operator Ⅱ, I was responsible for coordinated all new and existing batch job scheduling. I was the primary on-call for the department to troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of time sensitive production environment issues. I also created and maintained JCL code libraries and assisted with testing and implementation of all new batch processes. One of the major projects I worked on was leading a multi-departmental team in conceptualizing, planning, creating, and implementing a new user rights tracking system.

As a Computer Operator Ⅰ, I was responsible for running batch jobs on, and maintaining production and test IBM mainframe environments. A high emphasis was placed on accuracy and reducing unscheduled downtime. I participated in training new operators in basic operator skills, responsibilities, and procedures. I also created procedural documentation for newer processes used by the operations team.
