Two of us, previously both employees of Borough Wines, took over their shop in Kensal Rise to run it independently. Providing a bespoke selection of quality wines at reasonable prices, quite a few of which we import directly - supported by a similarly distinct selection of craft beers and independent spirits - we offer wines ranging from great value £11 'house' wines to collectible fine wines including Bordeaux, Burgundies and Super Tuscans such as Sassicaia. We converted a large farmhouse in the South of France to self-catered holiday accommodation, doing much of the fit out work ourselves, living in France while running a successful holiday business alongside other business activities including guiding wine tasting tours and branding and communication consultancy to wine and other businesses.
