Major responsibilities:• Management of strategic relationships, partner programs, and execution of program deliverables.• Source new business and sustain existing partnerships.• Keep up to date with trends in the community investment sector.• Develop and implement specific programs that deliver on outcomes.• Manage communication channels with corporate supporters.• Fulfillment of corporate engagement program.

Major Responsibilities•Manage the relationship with our charity partners, with events to raise awareness and funds throughout the year•Consulting with internal Business Units to drive staff engagement and participation in our Community Programs•Manage the Optus “Charity Champion” and “Community Champion” networks•Manage the workplace (payroll) giving program.•Disaster Appeals.•Tracking of community investments in London Benchmarking Group (LBG) for benchmarking and reporting.•Driving communications for all Charity Partner events•Ownership of Community internet, intranet, booklets and brochures, induction materials.•Presentation of our corporate social responsibility strategy at the Optus company-wide induction program for all new starters.

Major Responsibilities•Manage the Optus Graduate Program•Creation and ownership of Graduate Program Intranet site, housing information, policies, processes, templates and forms, to ensure Graduates and Stakeholders can obtain information as required, and to raise the visibility of the program.•Manage the planning, design, and delivery of the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ program nationally for aspiring people managers•Source external training programs and vendors to support the development of leadership skills for Optus people.•Provide career coaching to people to aid them identify and develop in their desired career path.
