• Manage the Optus Graduate Program
• Creation and ownership of Graduate Program Intranet site, housing information, policies, processes, templates and forms, to ensure Graduates and Stakeholders can obtain information as required, and to raise the.
• Manage the planning, design, and delivery of the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ program nationally for aspiring people managers
• Source external training programs and vendors to support the development of leadership skills for Optus people.
• Provide career coaching to people to aid them identify and develop in their desired career path.
