I've led small and large teams in the military, operations, IT, marketing, and customer service. I am competent in hashing through technical details with developers or field support staff and comfortable and confident in giving boardroom presentations to executives. I am very hands-on and enjoy jumping in and working to help solve problems. Most recently, I built a customer care team from the ground up. Our highly engaged team quadrupled revenues in just 6 years.Development is also very important to me and am passionate about coaching others.
